Stephen Drake is the Program Vice President for Mobility & Telecom research at IDC. In this position, he has responsibility for the Mobile Enterprise, Mobile SMB, Mobile Device coverage, IP Communication Services and also contributes to IDC's Unified Communication research. As part of the Mobile Enterprise coverage, Mr. Drake heads up market intelligence on mobile software technologies for the enterprise and mobile operators including mobile middleware, mobile enterprise applications, mobile device management, mobile security, mobile operating environments, mobile application development markets and mobile user trends. As part of the mobile enterprise coverage, Mr. Drake is responsible for mobile device and mobile operators delivery of solutions into the enterprise and looks at key mobile software, device and mobile operator trends and strategies for the small and medium business markets. He also leads IDC's mobile device research that tracks key mobile device technology and trends, heads up key IP Communication Services offerings, and contributes critical mobile research as part of a cross-group Unified Communication program at IDC.

John Jackson is a veteran analyst specializing in mobile and wireless technologies. Additional areas of focus include mobile semiconductor and infrastructure suppliers, device manufacturing and distribution strategies, and device management. Before joining CCS Insight, John was vice president of Yankee Group's Wireless/Mobile Technologies Decision Service, where he led research on a range of topics, including devices, infrastructure, regulations and standards. In 2003, John conceived and launched a service that tracks the performance and market share of the top handset manufacturers. Prior to Yankee Group, John spent two years at Chase Manhattan, and five years at a small research firm focusing on competitive market analysis.
