NEW for WES 2010 - 1.5 Day Executive Pass

This pass is geared to Executives, Business Leaders, and BlackBerry® Alliance Members. It will provide registrants access to pre-selected sessions by Research In Motion (RIM) in the Mobility as a Business Driver track, the Tuesday and Wednesday General Session, and Welcome Reception.

Cost: USD$899 – the Alumni Discount is the only discount eligible with this pass.

What about the 1.5 Day Executive Pass?

Your registration fee for the Executive Pass entitles you to the following:

WES Keynotes on Tuesday and Wednesday only
Selected breakout sessions in the "Mobility as a Business Driver" track
Welcome Reception in the Solutions Showcase (Monday evening)
WES 2010 Party
Solutions Showcase and Ask The Experts during open hours (Tuesday and Wednesday until 2pm)

Q.: Are Solutions Showcase exhibit-only passes available?
A.: Exhibit Only passes are not available for purchase. However, a limited number of these passes are included in the sponsor packages. They are intended for sponsor employees who are only working at a booth and who do not plan to attend the keynotes or breakout sessions.

Q.: Can I buy a one-day pass?
A.: The only partial pass available is the 1.5 day Executive Pass. This pass is geared to Executives, Business Leaders, and BlackBerry Alliance Members. It will provide registrants access to pre-selected sessions by RIM in the Mobility as a Business Driver track, the Tuesday and Wednesday General Session, and Welcome Reception.

Q.: What happens if I register but decide to cancel?
A.: Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Registrar by e-mail at regsvc@themeetingsourceinc.com no later than 11:59pm EST on April 05, 2010 to receive a refund. All cancellations made on or before 11:59pm EST on April 05, 2010, are subject to a cancellation fee of US$100.00. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 11:59pm EST on April 05, 2010.

Q.: Can I still register after the conference begins on April 27?
A.: Yes. Onsite registration opens on April 25, 2010 at 12:00p.m.EST, and remains open until the conference closes. Please note that onsite conference registration fees cost US$2,099.

Q.: I'm a sponsor. How do I register?
A.: Signed sponsors will be notified as registration opens. At that time, employees of sponsors can register through their primary tradeshow coordinators.

Q.: I'm a partner, but my company is not a WES sponsor. How do I register?
A.: Registration for non-sponsoring partners is available online at www.attendwes.com/register. No code is required to register for WES, Global Channel Summit and the BlackBerry Alliance Summit. Please be sure to select your appropriate attendee type in order to register for the appropriate programs at WES.

Payments

Q.: I'm registering online. Can I pay by check or purchase order?
A.: Yes. When registering, you have the option to pay by invoice that requires a purchase order to be referenced. You can enter in your purchase order number on your registration, then print an invoice directly from the registration site

Q.: What currencies do you accept for payment to WES?
A.: Only U.S. dollar payments will be accepted.

Q.: What will the exchange rate be for delegates from another country?
A.: Our registration system conducts transactions only in U.S. dollars. If you are paying for WES conference fees from a country outside of the U.S., your credit card company will apply the currency exchange on the date that the registration fee is charged.

Q.: What is the WES payment policy?
A.: Full payment is due immediately upon registration and must be received prior to attendance.

Q.: What is the WES refund policy?
A.: On or before 11:59pm EST on April 05, 2010 attendees receive a refund of their total fees, less a $100 cancellation fee. As of April 05, 2010, all fees paid are non-refundable. To learn more, please review the WES 2010 Terms and Conditions.

Q.: How will the registration fee payment appear on a credit card statement?
A.: It will appear as "Reg Fee 770 592-1521 - Woodstock GA".

Q.: Will The Meeting Source Inc. accept an ACH or a wire transfer as payment?
A.: Yes. The banking instructions are on the bottom of each invoice or can be downloaded in your registration 'My Account' page by clicking on the W9 link. If you have any questions please contact registration services at regsvc@themeetingsourceinc.com or call +1-770-592-1521. This information is also found in the corporate background document that is part of the W9 link within your 'My Account'.

Q.: How should a balance due from a prior event be handled?
A.: All past due registration fees must be paid in full prior to registering for WES 2010. To settle an outstanding balance, please contact Registration Services by calling 1-877-645-9324 within North America. Outside North America, please call (770) 592-1521.

Q.: What information does The Meeting Source, Inc., have available so that my company can set WES up so that I can pay by check?
A.: You will need to supply The Meeting Source, Inc., with an approved purchase order document that references the attendee's name and registration invoice number. In order for your company to pay you will also need to download the event's federal W-9 form as well as corporate background information. This information is available within your registration statement. You should use the confirmation e-mail, and click on the link to your registration statement to download a copy of the W9 document. If you provide Registration Services with a contact in your Accounts Payable department, The Meeting Source will provide a copy to them as well.

Q.: Whom should I make my check out to and where should I send it?
A.: All checks should be made payable to WES 2010 c/o The Meeting Source, and mailed to

Q.: Where will my invoice be sent for offline registrations?
A.: Invoices will be available within your registration 'My Account'. If you need a purchase order referenced on the invoice, you can enter this information on your registration statement. If you have received your confirmation e-mail of your registration, it contains a link to your invoice, which you can download or print so that you can have it paid prior to your arrival. Note that it is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the appropriate party in your company in order to ensure that we receive full payment before you arrive onsite.
