NEW for WES 2010 - 1.5 Day Executive Pass
This pass is geared to Executives, Business Leaders, and BlackBerry® Alliance Members.
It will provide registrants access to pre-selected sessions by Research In Motion
(RIM) in the Mobility as a Business Driver track, the Tuesday and Wednesday General
Session, and Welcome Reception.
Cost: USD$899 – the Alumni Discount is the only discount eligible with this pass.

Your registration fee for the Executive Pass entitles you to the following:

Are Solutions Showcase exhibit-only passes available?

Exhibit Only passes are not available for purchase. However, a limited number of
these passes are included in the sponsor packages. They are intended for sponsor
employees who are only working at a booth and who do not plan to attend the keynotes
or breakout sessions.

Can I buy a one-day pass?

The only partial pass available is the 1.5 day Executive Pass. This pass is geared
to Executives, Business Leaders, and BlackBerry Alliance Members. It will provide
registrants access to pre-selected sessions by RIM in the Mobility as a Business
Driver track, the Tuesday and Wednesday General Session, and Welcome Reception.

What happens if I register but decide to cancel?

Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the Registrar by e-mail at
regsvc@themeetingsourceinc.com
no later than 11:59pm EST on April 05, 2010 to receive a refund. All cancellations
made on or before 11:59pm EST on April 05, 2010, are subject to a cancellation fee
of US$100.00. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after 11:59pm
EST on April 05, 2010.

Can I still register after the conference begins on April 27?

Yes. Onsite registration opens on April 25, 2010 at 12:00p.m.EST, and remains open
until the conference closes. Please note that onsite conference registration fees
cost US$2,099.

I'm a sponsor. How do I register?

Signed sponsors will be notified as registration opens. At that time, employees
of sponsors can register through their primary tradeshow coordinators.

I'm a partner, but my company is not a WES sponsor. How do I register?

Registration for non-sponsoring partners is available online at www.attendwes.com/register.
No code is required to register for WES, Global Channel Summit and the BlackBerry
Alliance Summit. Please be sure to select your appropriate attendee type in order
to register for the appropriate programs at WES.

I registered before I received a discount code. Can I get a reduction in the fee that was originally charged?

Yes. You can still receive a deduction by contacting Registration Services and
providing them with the code. Call 1-877-645-9324 within North America or, if you're

I attended WES in 2009 and/or the BlackBerry Developer Conference in 2009. Am I eligible for a discount for WES 2010?

If you attended WES 2009 or the 2009 BlackBerry Developer Conference and do not
have an unpaid balance, you are eligible for an alumni discount of $100.00 off the
current conference pass registration fee.

How do I receive my alumni discount?

A complete list of 2009 attendees who do not have outstanding payments have been
loaded into the WES 2010 registration system. To receive your alumni discount, register
using the same e-mail address you used to register for the 2009 event. For more

The Alumni Discount will not be applied to complimentary and half price passes.

I'm registering online. Can I pay by check or purchase order?

Yes. When registering, you have the option to pay by invoice that requires a purchase
order to be referenced. You can enter in your purchase order number on your registration,
then print an invoice directly from the registration site

What currencies do you accept for payment to WES?

Only U.S. dollar payments will be accepted.

What will the exchange rate be for delegates from another country?

Our registration system conducts transactions only in U.S. dollars. If you are paying
for WES conference fees from a country outside of the U.S., your credit card company
will apply the currency exchange on the date that the registration fee is charged.

Full payment is due immediately upon registration and must be received prior to attendance.

On or before 11:59pm EST on April 05, 2010 attendees receive a refund of their total
fees, less a $100 cancellation fee. As of April 05, 2010, all fees paid are non-refundable.

How should a balance due from a prior event be handled?

All past due registration fees must be paid in full prior to registering for WES
2010. To settle an outstanding balance, please contact Registration Services by
calling 1-877-645-9324 within North America. Outside North America, please call
(770) 592-1521.

What information does The Meeting Source, Inc., have available so that my company can set WES up so that I can pay by check?
- A.

You will need to supply The Meeting Source, Inc., with an approved purchase order
document that references the attendee's name and registration invoice number. In
order for your company to pay you will also need to download the event's federal
W-9 form as well as corporate background information. This information is available
within your registration statement. You should use the confirmation e-mail, and
click on the link to your registration statement to download a copy of the W9 document.
If you provide Registration Services with a contact in your Accounts Payable department,
The Meeting Source will provide a copy to them as well.

Whom should I make my check out to and where should I send it?

Where will my invoice be sent for offline registrations?
- A.

Invoices will be available within your registration 'My Account'. If you need a
purchase order referenced on the invoice, you can enter this information on your
registration statement. If you have received your confirmation e-mail of your registration,
it contains a link to your invoice, which you can download or print so that you
can have it paid prior to your arrival. Note that it is your responsibility to forward
the invoice to the appropriate party in your company in order to ensure that we
receive full payment before you arrive onsite.

How do I make a hotel reservation?

All hotel bookings at WES designated hotels made before April 5th, 2010 must be
made during the online registration process. The hotels will not accept hotel bookings
directly for WES blocks. Registrants will receive their hotel confirmation number
within 5 business days of booking their room online.
Starting April 6, 2010, you will need to contact the hotel directly if you need
to make a hotel reservation or to make a change to a reservation made prior to April

Will WES-affiliated hotels offer special rates during the conference?

Yes. The WES host hotel, the Orlando World Center Marriott is offering a special
conference rate of US$219 plus applicable taxes and fees per night for single or
double occupancy. For a complete listing of WES designated hotels and rates visit

Do any hotels in the area offer government rates?

Yes. There are a limited number of hotel rooms available at the Orlando World Center
Marriott and Hilton Walt Disney World at government rates. Note that only government
employees are eligible for the government rate. Both hotels will verify government
employee status by checking identification before granting government rates. To

Companions

Can I bring my spouse or a companion to the conference?
- A.

Yes. Attendees are allowed to invite one spouse or companion. Companions can be
registered through the online registration system or by calling Registration Services.
The companion pass registration fee is US$199, which includes daily breakfast, lunch
and breaks from April 27-29, 2010. Please note that while companions are welcome
at all of our evening events, they are not permitted to attend conference sessions.
Companion passes are limited to one per attendee and all attendees including companions
must also be the age of majority in their respective state, province or territory
of residence in order to attend WES

Will my companion receive a confirmation by e-mail?

No, only the primary registrant will receive a confirmation email.

Can I choose to bring a companion after I've already registered?

Yes. You should login to your registration account through your confirmation email
or the WES website to edit your registration.
Please click "edit registration" at the top of the page and add your companion information.
Please note, if you add a companion to your registration, there will be an additional
fee of $199 due at that time. If you need assistance in adding a companion to your

Can my company substitute one attendee for another?

Yes. A company can substitute an attendee with an employee from the same company
by e-mailing Registration Services or calling 1-877-645-9324
within North America. Outside North America, please call (770) 592-1521. The substitution
can also be made by the attendee online. All substitutions must be finalized five
business days prior to the start of the conference.

Will presentations be available after the conference?

You will be able to download most presentations in PDF format and selected sessions
in MP3 format at the conference. MP3 files will be available within 24 hours of
the presentation. After the conference you can continue to access these files until
November 30, 2010 in the Virtual Conference site.
Please note that some speakers may not want to share their material after the event. Under these circumstances, RIM will respect their wishes and withhold their presentation.
