How To Book Your Hotel Room
This year, make your hotel accommodations at the same time you register! Make your
reservations directly in the WES 2010 hotel blocks during the online registration
process, and you will receive the discounted group rate at WES designated hotels.
Please do not call the hotels directly to make your accommodations, the WES 2010
hotel block and rate is not available for call-in bookings. Hotel confirmation numbers
will be emailed within 5 business days of making your reservation.
You will not be contacted by the conference team to solicit hotel reservations.
Room availability and the special room rate can only be guaranteed by the conference
organizers for rooms booked during the online registration process. Limited rooms
are available and the room rates as listed above are guaranteed until April 5, 2010.
