How do I request a Letter of Invitation to WES 2010 to support my U.S. Visa application?
A.
There are two ways to request a Letter of Invitation to WES 2010:

a. An online form is available for you to request the letter from Research In Motion (RIM)
b. There is an option during the Online Registration process for you to request a Letter of Invitation

Please only use one method for your request. We aim to process all requests within one week.

Note that this letter of invitation is to help support your U.S. Visa application. It remains your responsibility to submit your Visa application to your nearest U.S. Embassy or Consulate.

You or your organization must have a valid business relationship with RIM in order for a letter to be issued to you. You must specify your RIM representative when submitting your request.
